Location: Ocean Ridge, Newport Coast, California
The design of this home was inspired by Villa Poiana. The owners visited Italyto see the Villa Poiana in the middle of the design process, and were pleased with the architect's inspiration for their custom home. This home is approximately 5,500 square feet and has spectacular views of Newport Harbor. The building itself is simplistic, but has authentic Italian architectural detaling.

Location: Shady Canyon, Irvine, California
This home is approximately 9,000 square feet. It is boldly conceived and executed in Andalusian style. The Andalusian style is carried throughout the home with distinctive arches, niches and uniquely styled French doors. This home features a dramatic entry courtyard, expansive great room and large formal dining. Additionally this home includes a unique kitchen, 6 bedrooms, a massive master bedroom with his and her closets and baths, breakfast nook, family room, theater, wine cellar, study, extensive loggias and a detailed deck.

This Shady Canyon home is presented in Provence Style. It features a beautiful entry courtyard and precise details both inside and out. Construction of this home involved extensive use of reclaimed materials combined with the newest technology. The master suite features separate his and her closets and baths and a deck above, serving the master suite. There is a large loggia off the expansive great room.

This home offers a unique and open floor plan with approximately 5,500 square feet of living space. There are parking garages on both the main and subterranean levels. There is a distinctive combination of contemporary interiors with traditional exteriors. The interior features a curved glass wall with views across the koi pond, pavilion, and pool. Exquisite materials and fittings were used throughout the home.
